the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception was handy i also used the refillable water bottles provided. the shower room was lovely it had provided toiletries. the bar and restaurant were located conveniently next to each other.
my room lacked the mountain view from the front of the hotel i would have liked to see it.

I enjoyed the free coffee and tea available near the reception area. A microwave oven was also there for general use. The parking area was quite big. Parking was easy. The hotel decor had a cool style.
The restaurant had high prices. I found over €20 charged for a small nasi goreng plate. The bar prices were high too. The room layout was not ideal.

Vibrant Hotel with Great Atmosphere

tireless staff lovely atmosphere
The staff worked tirelessly in the restaurant. The atmosphere in the bar was lovely with a happy hour early evening. I was kinda surprised with live music one evening during my short stay. Ski hire is conveniently located under the hotel on floor -1.

The hotel has several game themes. My kids loved them. i found free amenities such as a pool table, a football table, ping pong, and video games. i was seated at the restaurant even without a reservation (the food was lovely!). parking was very easy for me.
the room seemed a bit small, though i had booked an upgraded one. also, the design felt particular, and i had two single beds joined instead of a real double bed.

the hotel restaurant provides various meal options, and i found the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. they were attentive to food allergies as well, a nice touch (i really appreciated that). i liked that they offer complimentary tea and coffee.

the hotel includes amenities like a children's corner, billiards, and a playground with mountain views. i noticed there is a refill water station with still and sparkling water available. the ski bus stops right outside, and you can buy ski passes in reception.

I observed the staff members were always smiling and helpful. They were very attentive. reception engaged with me quickly, even when they were busy. the team created a genuinely cute atmosphere throughout the hotel. I found them warm and enthusiastic.
